The 9120B AC-powered smoke alarm with battery backup includes an ionization sensor that helps detect fast-flaming fires that consume combustible materials rapidly. It is 120-Volt AC inter-connectable, allowing it to be linked with up to 18 compatible devices, including 12 smoke alarms and 6 compatible devices like bells, horns, repeaters, and door closers. If one unit triggers an alarm, all interconnected smoke alarms will sound, and the power indicators will show which unit initiated the alarm.

The alarm features smart technology to reduce nuisance alarms and a 9-Volt battery backup for peace of mind during power outages. A single test/silence button allows you to silence a non-threatening alarm or low battery warning and test the unit's functionality. The perfect mount system includes a gasket-less base for easy installation and a new mounting bracket that keeps the alarm secure over a wide rotation range, enabling perfect alignment.
